Medium Hukura Vase

Sharing the same Hukura finish, this vase celebrates the contrast between smooth form and textured surface. The white glaze settles gently around the raised texture, creating subtle highlights that change with the light and invite both touch and closer inspection.

While closely related to its companion, each vase develops its own individual character during firing, making every piece one of a kind.

The larger vase in this series was selected for the Annual Members Juried Exhibition 2026 at Ceramics Western Cape, held at the Castle of Good Hope in Cape Town.
